This property is located in WMU(4A) and is located near Sprakers, New York. This hunting lease breaks down into a couple fields and woods. The SE corner is hill with the rest of the property is pretty flat. The property has a nice trail system around most of the border. The north border has posted signs just inside established trail (trail is outside of posted signs but still on property). The property was extremely dry but was able to find a few nice tracks and some deer beds on a field edge. The NW corner has a wetland that starts just off property line, you can see the beaver house. There are scattered oak and beech trees on property. The back field has been partially brushed -hogged. The landowner would allow food plots in the future. There are 2 homes in the SW corner so be careful on distance when hunting. They do have a couple dogs with a dog fence around area so they will not be bothering you in the woods. Landowner will allow posting of property. ATV use is allowed for hunting purposes only. Landowner has provided me a picture from his house of deer he sees regularly in nearby field!
